(Al-Jumua) 62 : 2

He is the One who raised a Messenger in the illiterates from among them, explaining His verses to them, and purifying them, and teaching them the Book and the Wisdom, while before that they were surely in manifest astray.

As explained in verses 25: 33-34, today, the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar, by hiding and rejecting Adhikr—the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book—have become deserving to be dragged into Hell prone on their faces; such are in the worst place and are the most strayed. As explained in verses 9: 67-68, they are commanding evil and are forbidding good, and are niggardly in spending in the way of Allah, and have forgotten Allah so that Allah has also forgotten them; indeed, the hypocrites—they are the transgressors. As told in verse 10: 33, the word of the Lord has come true upon the transgressors that they will never become believers. The believers, when reciting verse 1: 4, “We serve You alone, and for that we seek help only from You,” have to pray with the soul to Allah to not be included among the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar, including the hypocrites upon whom Allah’s wrath and curse are affected, and among their followers who are strayed. See explanation 3: 58, 164; and 7: 157-158, 179, 205-206.
